Cherry Collagen Smoothie

  • 1 cup oat milk | soothing and healing
  • ½ cup banana | high in vitamin B6 which restores elasticity 
  • ½ cup frozen cherries | extremely high in anti-oxidants & repair oxidative damage
  • 1 teaspoon collagen powder | reduces dehydration and wrinkles
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg (optional)
  • Dash of date syrup (or sweetener or choice)

Eye Mask Directions

  • Measure 1 tbsp of leftover smoothie into a small dish
