In bed visioning and drinking coffee in my fave "gorgeous chaos" sweatshirt. 😚
This past week, I spent a lot of time visioning and digging into my 90-Day Vision and self-awareness.
It is officially Week #1 for my Savor Beauty HQ team and me, and I asked them to fill out the reflection sheets of the Savor Life Planner so we could be clear on the following:
- Job description (what's my job mission and responsibilities?)
- Who am I?
- How will I take care of myself to give from a cup that overflows?
Let's dig deeper into this question: Who are you? This question brings self-awareness, which is key to being more confident, bold, and, ultimately, the boss of your life.
In three words, can you describe who you are at your best?
What about at your worst?
Usually, our best traits at their extreme can become our silent sabotagers.
For example, I am creative, resilient, and a manifestor.
Sometimes, I create too much, don't give up when I should, and can be a workaholic. These are the extremes of my best qualities.
Self-awareness is one of the most beautiful aspects of self-care. You have a deeper understanding of why you do things the way you do them.
You also speak to yourself with less judgment and set yourself free from others' judgment because you know your truth. This, my friend, is being boss of your life.
Here's to your self-awareness + being boss of your life,
